The Chronicle

I liked how the movie began but as it progressed, the main character had a very depressing sense which brought the audience down. Also, they killed off the best character, which in my mind, was a terrible mistake. Other than that, when the (SPOILER) when the main character dies at the end by his cousin, there is a sense of happiness that this depressing attitude is over.
