Dunkin Donuts Oakton and Lee Des Plaines

I've stopped going to this location, first of all the employees there don't understand what you want, i've gotten my order wrong left and right here, especially when i ask for lattes, and such. Secondly, some of them are rude! Thirdly the reason why i give this place two stars is because of the donuts and the cleanliness of the place! dont go to this location cause they'll f up your order!!
