Pros: friendly and welcoming
Cons: might be expensive but its worth it
WAY BETTER THAN XSPORT!this place is where its at
many people go there and its a lot of fun
there is so much to do like rock climbing, playing basketball, raquetball, weightlifting, cardio, spa, massaging
this place has it all!

Xsport is way better, it has better people and better facilities. Lifetime only has 1 squat machine whereas xsport is evenly placed out. Lifetime is for the puny people
