Pros: Reasonable price for hosting packages, customer service.
Cons: unreliable hosting servers.
All servers of ipage including their website went down yesterday night, 07-14-2011, for more than an hour.This is not acceptable for a web hosting company.
ipage needs to have a reliable fail over system to avoid complete system failure like this from happening in future.
